7 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and one bedroom with  2 twins)

Covered and uncovered porch.
Excellent parking.

4 full baths and outdoor shower.

Full kitchen upstairs, refrigerator and sink downstairs. Washer/dryer.

Central A/C, 2 Televisions with cable, VCR/DVD, Wireless Internet access.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE PLEASE!

Rates: The rate for rentals between Memorial day and Labor Day is $2850.00, (includes taxes and cleaning) for a one week period extending from Saturday at 3 pm to Saturday at 11 am.

A damage deposit of $250.00 is required (and will be returned upon verification of no damages after your visit and no charges due to leaving after checkout time). To reserve a week, a part of the rate ($500.00) reservation deposit is required. Only personal checks or payments via venmo accepted.

A Cleaning service is provided as part of our rental. It is included in your costs.

Pets are not allowed. Linens (Sheets and towels)and paper products are not provided.
